Salon Policy & Skin Consultation Guidelines

Medical Disclosure: Clients must inform their aesthetician of any existing health or skin conditions, including diabetes, epilepsy, hemophilia, heart conditions, active acne flare-ups, allergies, or recent dermatological peels.
Right to Refuse Service: Frenyz Salon reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears unwell, under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or if skin appears unfit for treatment.
Aftercare Responsibility: Detailed post-facial and post-wax aftercare guidelines will be explained. Frenyz Salon is not liable for complications arising from improper home aftercare.
GST Billing Structure: Frenyz Club member prices are completely inclusive of GST. For non-member guests, standard salon rates apply with GST calculated separately.
