Salon Policy & Tattoo Care Guidelines
Medical Disclosure: Clients must disclose any
medical conditions that may affect Skin Treatments, Nail
Treatments, or the Tattooing Process, including but not limited to
diabetes, epilepsy, hemophilia, heart conditions, or sensitive skin
allergies.
Sobriety & Fitness: Clients must not be under
the influence of drugs or alcohol during the session. Frenyz Salon
reserves the right to refuse service if the client appears in poor
health or unfit for the procedure.
Aftercare Responsibility: Proper aftercare
instructions and healing balms will be provided. Clients are
responsible for following them to ensure clean healing and prevent
complications. Frenyz Salon is not liable for issues due to improper
aftercare.
Portfolio Photography: Frenyz Salon may take
photographs of the completed nail art or tattoo for portfolio and
promotional use, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
GST Billing Structure: GST will be exclusive for
non-member prices only. All membership prices are completely
inclusive of GST and can only be redeemed within active membership.
